You agree not to attempt to disrupt the website's functionality or access restricted areas of the server.
Age and No Real-Money Activity

This unique presentation layer is protected by standard intellectual property guidelines. You may not reproduce the website's specific design architecture without permission.
Embedded Third-Party Experiences
Tervaskon acts as a curated gallery, presenting digital experiences that are hosted and provided by external third parties via embedded iframes. We do not own, operate, or modify the underlying code of these third-party titles.
- Access to these experiences is subject to the continuous operation of the external providers.
- We are not responsible for the technical performance or content updates within the embedded frames.
External Services and Availability
We strive to maintain a clean and reliable platform; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Because our curated experiences rely on external services, certain titles may become temporarily or permanently unavailable without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Tervaskon or its operators be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential issues arising from the use of this website or the embedded third-party experiences. The platform is used entirely at your own discretion.
Changes to Website
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content, design elements, or specific experiences from the website at any time to ensure the platform continues to meet our aesthetic and operational standards.
